Our residential inspections are conducted in full compliance with MA CMR 2.66. We assess the major components of your home.
We can inspect office, retail and industrial/warehouse buildings, restaurants, medical facilities and multifamily apartments with five or more units.
A consultation is an abbreviated, non-invasive assessment of the property at a lesser cost than a residential inspection.
A post-purchase inspection can be performed after a home was purchased and an inspection may have been waived.
A pre-sale inspection allows you as the seller to identify and proactively remedy problems that may arise during the home sale process.
Radon is a naturally-occurring colorless, odorless gas, is most highly concentrated in basements and is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in America. A test can determine the levels of radon in your potential home.

Our radon test are $75 [electronic] and $150 (cannister) when done in conjunction with a home inspection.
Rates are tiered based on the size of the residence/property. For locations outside of the Central MA service area, an additional travel fee may apply.
